James At NSWDR 4916 Arrive And Depart Buxton - Day Out With Thomas Aug25

Описание: Heritage Train Tuesday. James Arrives and Departs Buxton.

On Friday 29th to Sunday 31st August THNSW ( https://www.thnsw.com.au/events ) held a Day Out With Thomas. On this occasion James (No 5 - Ex-NSWGR 2705) was on duty to do runs back from Buxton with NSWDR 4916 hauling the train out of Sodor (Thirlmere) to Buxton. Thomas was parked elsewhere for the children to climb in and check out the cab.

Previously we've seen James getting ready at Sodor - see linked videos below.

Here we see James and NSWDR 4916 arrive at Buxton.

Look closely and you'll see the assistant (or Driver) change the marker lights over. Initially the lens are red and the handle below is also red face forward. After turning the handle to change the lens to white, the white face of the handle is also facing forward.

James and 4916 then head back to Sodor.

As can be seen it is a very windy day so the sound track contains a lot of wind noise so I've turned it way down when the noise of the train isn't louder than the noise of the wind.

(For some strange reason the sky has come out all pixelated and can not be fixed with software, it appears to have been a bug with the camera hardware/software on that day)
