Welcome to Day 30 – the FINAL workout of the Still Moving 30-Day Workout Challenge.
Today’s challenge is a special 60-minute celebration workout featuring five different 10-minute workouts designed to include something for everyone. Whether you prefer standing workouts or seated exercise, this finale session brings together cardio, strength, fun movement, and recovery.
This final workout includes:
🥊 Boxing Interval Workout
4 rounds of boxing combinations with 2½ minutes of punches and cardio boxing moves followed by 30 seconds of rest between rounds.
🔥 Seated Burn / Power Walk
A fast-paced chair workout that can also be done standing. This is a high-energy seated challenge that keeps the heart rate up.
💪 Strength Training
A total body strength segment with 10 reps each for:
• Biceps
• Triceps
• Shoulders
• Chest
• Rotator Cuffs
• Legs
You can use dumbbells, resistance bands, body resistance, or even cans of vegetables.
💃 Dance Fitness
Fun low-impact dance moves such as:
• The Twist
• The Monkey
• Disco Moves
• Temptation Walk
• Shake Down
• Grapevines
• The Jerk
You’ll be moving and smiling so much that you may forget you’re exercising.
🧘 Stretching & Recovery
The workout finishes with stretching to help relax your body after this full-challenge celebration.
This final workout represents the spirit of the challenge: movement for everyone, every level, and every body.
