Here's how to clean your NEOX to ensure that belaying is always a pleasure.
1. Rinse with fresh water to remove any sand or dirt.
2. Wipe off the water with a cloth and leave to dry.
3. If necessary, lubricate the wheel with a multi-purpose oil.
4. Wipe off excess oil with a cloth to prevent it from coming into contact with the rope.
