RECIPIE BASEN KA PARATHA
3 cus besan powder بیسن
1 tb sp :dried pomegranate seeds انار دانہ
1 tbsp: coriander seed سوکھا دھنیہ
1 cup Coriander leaves ہرا دھنیہ
6 green chillies ہری مرچ
1: medium onion, پیاز
2 tbsp: Fenugreek, dried leavesمیتھی
1 tbsp: Red chili powder پسی لال مرچ
1 tbsp: Salt نمک
1 tsp: Turmeric, powder ہلدی
half cup: Ghee or oil
for frying کھانے کا تیل
1 tsp: Cumin, powder زیرہ پاوڈر
1 tsp: Cumin seeds زیرہ سفید
1 cup: Water پانی
METHOD
Mix all the things in a pot ,kneed it well with water .make small balls of it .make a chappati of it and cook it on iron plate.and enjoy it with green chutni

mix all ingredients and make a thick batter with water ,pour it with a spoon on pre heated iron plate and spread it in a circular shape like paratha add 1 t sp oil for frying..
