Geneva: Indian diplomat Anupama Singh delivered a blistering rebuttal to Pakistan and the OIC at the UN Human Rights Council, rejecting their propaganda on Jammu & Kashmir. Exercising India’s right of reply, she declared Kashmir an integral, inalienable part of India, with its 1947 accession fully legal and irrevocable under international law. Singh accused Pakistan of illegally occupying Indian territory and urged its immediate withdrawal.She contrasted Pakistan’s fragile democracy with record voter turnout in Kashmir elections, proving locals reject terrorism. Mocking Pakistan’s denial, Singh highlighted the world’s highest Chenab Rail Bridge—inaugurated last year in Jammu & Kashmir—as undeniable proof of progress. She added that Kashmir’s development budget is more than double Pakistan’s recent IMF bailout package, exposing their “la la land” hallucinations. Despite Pakistan’s state-sponsored terror efforts, Kashmir surges ahead politically, economically, and socially. Singh urged Pakistan to fix its internal crises instead of grandstanding.
