I had several attempts at growing broccoli sprouts after watching other videos and I feel like they missed a few things so I tried to make my video a little more comprehensive.
I could see myself making a healthy smoothie eventually but for now these were an addition to my normal meals. They lasted 4-5 days in the fridge and I get through about 10-15 grams in a typical portion.
The method is really simple, the seeds need an initial 12 hour soak and then a quick rinse every 12 hours after that, for a total of 5 days. Make sure they don't sit in water the whole time after the first 12 hours, which is why you need a sprouting jar or tray that allows air to circulate and water to leave.
