To mark the British summer holiday season, we're launching a brand new series: Royals in the Sun.
Unearthing rare archive of our favourite royals in tropical climes, we'll be taking a trip down memory lane with the Windsors.
Part seventeen of our series shows the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh visiting Bangkok, Thailand in 1996.
The royal couple watched a rehearsal for a colorful royal barge procession celebrating the 50th anniversary of King Bhumibol Adulyadej's accession to the throne.
We'll be posting at 8AM on weekdays throughout August, so come back tomorrow for another video!
