Описание: This roof had intentionally been installed with single ply, then replaced with grp. The client called us to inspect the roof. Upon inspection we advised to remove back to rafters so we could make sure it was done correctly. Upon stripping we found there to be insufficient expansion gaps at the perimeters, only a 1/4 of the required fixings installed no vapour control layer and only 9mm osb subdeck. You can see how we put this subdeck back together also incorporating correct cold bridging barriers.
