Packing a 14 cm Axichrom Column.

Описание: Here we pack a 14 cm AxiChrom column for demonstration purposes using Phenyl HP resin but you could use these techniques for most chromatgraphy resins. We used the AKTA pilot to pack this column, you could use similar techniques to pack other Axichrom columns, though there are some differences, mostly how you attach and remove the head plate of the top adapter.
