This video shows Vic explain he had no intention of any of the allegations/reports against him and was just being emotionally affectionate to his fans since so many of his fans in the past have asked for hugs. He believed based on the past that all fans that went up to him at cons wanted physical affection. After the allegations he has humbled himself and made an apology to all fans he offended and is going to watch out for physical affection and make sure the fans actually want it first.
