Nutmeg Nor’Easter 2025 | Autumn Gravel Cycling Adventure Through New England Foliage

Описание: My first time attending the Nutmeg Nor’Easter, organized by ‪@ultraromance‬ — and what an unforgettable weekend!

This annual alt-gravel cycling festival (now in its 9th year) was hosted at Deer Lake Outdoor Center in Killingworth, Connecticut. It’s all about community, creativity, and a shared love of bikes — bringing together some of the coolest frame builders, riders, and adventurers from across the region.

Eight unique routes designed by Ronnie Romance offered every type of terrain imaginable — from mellow roads to chunky climbs. My group rode the 36-mile “mild mixed” route, with about 2,800 feet of elevation gain and endless autumn scenery.
