Basically this: • Ez-Flash Omega (and anything else microSD)...
I used a 3K resistor and a pink LED but any value in that ballpark should be good and any color would be fine. On the uSD card slot, pin 2 (from left to right) is the positive and pin 3 is the negative. Make sure the wire is flat enough so that the uSD card still fits without having to flex. I used 30 AWG kynar wire and had zero clearance issues.
