1. 2 minutes - Jog (add High Knees and Butt Kickers)
2. 30 sec: Squats, Alt. Lunges, Walkout-Walking Pushups, Hip Bridges (X2)
3. 30 sec: Russian Twists, Scissor Kicks, V Ups, Mtn. Climbers
4. 20 sec: Tricep Dips, Toe Taps, Pushups, 30 sec: Burpees
5. Repeat 3-4
6. 30 sec: High Knees, Walkout Pushups, Burpees w/ a Tuck Jump
Focus: For working speed with punches, it is a quick extension AND a quick retraction. The arm has to return to the guard quickly too.
1. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 JC Ladder / Jab Cross after – Jumping Jacks
2. R Hook, 4 JC, L Hook – Lunge w/ aTwist
3. LFK, Jab, Cross, L Hook, RFK – Jumping Jacks
4. Cross, L Hook, R Up, LFK, RFK – Lunge w/ a Twist
5. Cross, L Up, R Hook, LFK, R Knee – Jumping Jacks
6. 2 RFK, Jab Cross, 2 LFK (add JC punches)
Speed Round: Non Stop Jab Cross w/ High Knees
CONDITIONING: (2X)
30 Sec. L Side Plank Jack to L Spider Knee, repeat with Right
side
30 Sec. 1 Surrender to 4-Count Sumo Squat Hold
