Описание: LSHR was contacted in July 2020 about 4 horses that had little contact and the owner had passed away. They lived in a field an hour from the rescue. We decided to travel each day to try to earn their trust, as they hid in the woods on several acres of land. After several months and two failed transport attempts, we continued to travel to this land, bring hay and grain and work on introducing halters in preparation for farrier work that was desperately needed. Eight months later... The "Golden Girls", Dorothy, Blanche, Sophia and Rose arrived to LSHR on March 6, 2021. This is their journey... our journey of reaching horses that were considered "wild" .
