#1 Hiccup Haddock III

We are starting off with the young but wise character, Hiccup. He is mostly seen wearing a green tunic and a single boot. In the Deviant Art website, User lowlightneon accurately exhibited Hiccup’s dark brown hair, green tunic, black suit, and brown boot. Liui Aquino also did a fantastic look, and it seems like he does not need to try to look like Hiccup.

#2 Toothless

Overall, Toothless has black scales, green eyes and large wings. One of the excellent cosplays we found was done by user geheichou on Twitter. The next cosplayer added wings and a tail to his costume! Done by AnimatedFox, this look is very accurate!

#3 Astrid Hofferson

Let us now move on to a very powerful woman. Kerritcosplay executed the look brilliantly. So, you can go and check out her Reddit profile if you want to see more of her looks. The next worth mentioning look is one by Wildyama on the Deviant Art website. What do you think?

#4 Stoick the Vast

Stoick’s outfit looks very complicated, but that does not stop cosplayers from remaking it. Like this look by LadyCharlotteEyes. It looks incredible, right? Artist Dudus Arrrt also did a spectacular job in portraying Stoick!

#5 Night Fury & Light Fury

There are a lot of great versions of these characters. Two of which can be found on Pinterest. (Picture one; Picture two) And the next picture you are about to see is beyond amazing because it includes actual statues of the characters! How cool! The girl who is dressed up as Astrid in the photo is user Foxy-cosplay on Reddit.

#6 Valka

This cosplay done by TheBlackKnight63 was so awesome and creative that it won 1st place in the 2014 Western Division at Colossalcon. Stormelemental13 also served spectacular looks. Some of her pictures even have Stoick in them! Another cosplayer, , made sure to showcase all of her skills and talent in portraying Valka. And all the photos turned out amazing!

#7 Stormfly

Let us proceed to the next dragon on our list. User Mugiwara no Luffy really went over the top for this cosplay. How much time do you think it took this Danish cosplayer to make the costume? Seiko Astrid’s look was also great and impressive. It even got featured on the How To Train Your Dragon Tumblr page.
