Helloooo everyoneee hope you guys are doing AHHmazing ! For the next 21 days we will be doing this ABS WORKOUT video EVERY DAY to get that SLIM WAIST !!! I put together a fast and focused 3 minute abs workout you can do anywhere. This pilates abs workout is all about engaging your deep core, building strength with control, and feeling that spicy burn without stressing your neck or lower back. If you have been asking for a core workout at home that truly fits your day, this is it. No equipment workout. No excuses. We got this.
What we are doing today: a pilates abs sequence designed to turn on your transverse abdominals and stabilize your hips so your core feels strong and supported. I guide you through every rep so you move with intention. If you are new to pilates, come exactly as you are. Consistency over perfection is the goal. Three minutes may sound quick, but you will feel these ab exercises working right away.
How to use this video:
Do it as a stand-alone 3 min abs finisher after a walk or run.
Stack it: repeat 2 to 4 rounds for a 6 to 12 minute pilates abs workout.
