Another #booktube video combined with a #speedpaint video inspired by the short story Hop Frog by Edgar Allen Poe. A short story illustration unfolds before your eyes as I talk about watercolor methods, artistic style, Edgar Allen Poe's struggles with alcoholism, and the history of this most excellent story I describe as a Grimm's Fairy Tale with the poetic stylings of the gothic horror master, Edgar Allen Poe.
I've been promising to share more of my art with #booktube and this is the newest video making good on that pledge. I want, very much, to merge these two passions here on my channel. here's to deviation from the norm.
