Server Validation in AdapTable

Описание: AdapTable allows developers to provide it with an asynchronous function which is called each time a cell is edited.
This function will check the edit and come back with 3 values:
nothing (implies the edit was valid and should be allowed)
the old value (validation has failed and we should revert to what was there before)
a new value (e.g. validation has breached limits and need to replace new value with upper / lower bound as appropriate).
In addition the function will return a Message to show to the user (with a corresponding type).
This Server Validation complements the more basic Client Validation which simply prevents an invalid cell edit (but without ability to override the value).
