✅Ingredients:
7 medium size potatoes
1 tsp garlic powder (1.58 g)
1 tsp paprika (2.3 g)
1 tbsp coarse salt (18 g)
1/4 cup avocado oil (60 ml)
2 tbsp caraway seeds (13.4 g)
1. Wash and scrub potatoes
2. Cut in half lengthwise
3. Parboil potatoes so they are crispy when roasted
4. In a pot bring water to a boil
5. Put halved potatoes in boiling water
6. Cover and bring to a boil
7. Boil for 3 minutes
8. Drain or remove potatoes from pot into colander
9. Allow them to cool
10. Mix oil, salt, garlic powder and paprika
11. Put cooled potatoes into Ziplock bag
12. Pour oil/spice mixture over potatoes
13. Zip up the bag
14. Roll the bag until potatoes are covered with the mix
15. Sprinkle caraway seeds on the cut side
16. Place potatoes cut side down on baking sheet
17. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
18. Bake potatoes for about 25 min.
19. Serve as is or with sour cream.
