Quick and Dirty test about this particular PC98 being able to switch between 24 and 31KHz video output frequencies.
It seems to me that Rude Breaker runs faster in 31KHz mode? Maybe it uses the built-in S3 Window Accelerator?
Also Lemmings wasn't working until I entered the BIOS/Switches and reduced the GDC speed from 5MHz to 2.5MHz. Then it ran fine.
