Making an Excavator PIN GRABBER for a John Deere 200C LC | Welding

Описание: We manufacturer excavator attachments - including couplers - in-house at our St. Catharines, Ontario facility. This video shows the process of lugging the coupler to a John Deere 200CLC.
We have options. We can lug to your machine too.

It takes us less than two weeks to get the ears cut and lugged to your machine.

We cut our material from design using our flame cutter or our water jet table.

We then level out the work station table before laying out our ears.
Polishing out the rough spots that the cutting left behind
Grinding out imperfections so that our bosses will fit neatly into their positions.
Aligning the ears for a even fit, measurements are taken and each section is leveled.
Welding the pieces together, including our name plate.
Once painted, it is manual assembly time.
Greased boss holes, install pins, set up grabber and face plate.
Install auxlock, threaded rod assembly and lock plate.
Inspected thoroughly, strap down coupler for shipping.
