At 12:00:02, the City of Moore conducted a weekly test of their outdoor warning siren system. This test consisted of a 3 minute alert.
I just got a Zoom H1 Essential yesterday, and I wanted to record this unit again, so I figured why not. Sounds decently healthy for the blocked intake, though it was a bit quiet. And despite the lack of a windscreen, I'd say the audio turned out decent.
This siren can be found near Highland West Junior High School. This, along with 43 other units, are tested every Saturday at 12:00 noon. Though the test may be canceled for precipitation nearby or severe weather expected for that day.
