This first installment documents the early days of the ride—extreme heat across Kansas, fog and cold in the Smokies, long highway miles, exhaustion, and the mental challenge of pushing forward. This wasn’t about speed or comfort; it was about endurance, purpose, and finding out what I’m still capable of as a rider.
