✔ The Poach Game – Most poaches are won on the second volley.
✔ Smart Positioning – Players at the back should use the middle of the court as much as possible.
✔ Effective Poaching – The majority of successful poaches go across the court or down the middle.

🔹 1 Forward, 1 Back Drill – One player at the net, one at the baseline. Poaching team gets 2 points per win.
