Easy 4 ingredient cookies n cream filling. I love this filling for cakes. It’s harder to frost with so I use it for filling only but if you let it sit, the cookies soften and you could frost cupcakes with it. I wouldn’t suggest using it to frost a cake if you’re looking for a smooth consistency.
Easy 4 Ingredient Oreo Filling
8 oz room temp cream cheese
4 oz stick room temp butter
2 cups powder sugar
1.5 sleeve of Oreo crushed
Directions
Cream together cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Add crushed Oreos and stir until desired consistency. Done! 💗
