Catch the last part of the series of Webinars scheduled for Seafarers Day 2020 and Commemoration of the 10th year Anniversary of the 2010 Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention and Code!
The series of webinars will conclude with a discussion on STCW familiarization by Mr. Michael John Esplago, an STCW Competent Person. Here, Mr. Esplago discusses the implementation of the STCW Convention 1978, as amended in the Philippine setting and other innovations made by the Philippine government in order to ease the processing of documents of seafarers.
