After many attempt to win with Shou Lao, perhaps this deck is the answer. Using Werewolf to initiate for plan A is as good to win with Shou Lao for plan B. Sho Lao weakness start from depending on a single card to win the game while often times we forgot that supporting cards could also back us up to win the tempo play for the first 4 turns. Perhaps this deck could boost our chance to mix junk deck and boosting werewolf in the process.
