Описание: This hearing took place on May 14, 2021, in the 116th Civil District Court, Dallas County, TX, with Judge Tonya Parker presiding.

ARE VOID ORDERS ISSUED WITHOUT JURISDICTION FRAUDULENT, AND SHOULD THEY BE OBEYED?

At issue in this hearing is whether a court that KNOWINGLY makes an order without legal jurisdiction - and whether attorneys who contribute to this fraud - should be held accountable for their actions. Attorney David Findlay is pleading that he should be granted attorney immunity to his alleged part in this fraud. Plaintiff Bradley Miller believes he has committed fraud and that he should not be granted attorney immunity.

Jurisdiction plays a crucial role in ensuring that orders and decisions are issued within the boundaries of the law. When an order is issued without proper jurisdiction, it is considered void and without legal effect. So are void orders issued without jurisdiction fraudulent, and should they be obeyed?

The concept of jurisdiction is fundamental to the functioning of the legal system. It refers to the authority of a court or a judge to hear and decide a case. Without jurisdiction, any decision or order issued by a court is considered invalid and unenforceable. This principle is essential for upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of individuals.

When an order is issued without jurisdiction, it raises concerns about the legitimacy and fairness of the decision. In some cases, parties may attempt to obtain an order from a court that does not have the proper authority to hear the case, in the hopes of gaining an unfair advantage. This can be seen as a form of fraud, as it seeks to manipulate the legal system for personal gain.

So what should be the response to void orders issued without jurisdiction? Individuals are expected to comply with court orders as a matter of respect for the legal process. However, if an order is clearly issued without jurisdiction, the order is void and its validity should be challenged.

Individuals need to be aware of their rights and options when faced with a void order. Some think that seeking legal advice and representation can be crucial in navigating the complexities of the legal system and ensuring that one's rights are upheld. Those who disregard the void order may bring additional problems upon themselves.

Regardless, void orders issued without jurisdiction raise serious concerns about the integrity of the legal system and the fairness of decisions. Individuals are generally expected to comply with valid court orders, but when faced with void orders, such orders are clearly invalid.

In my opinion, if we want citizens to trust in the integrity of the judicial system, judges or attorneys who knowingly pursue or issue void orders and then claim immunity from their fraudulent actions should be disciplined and have their law licenses rescinded.
