DIRECTIONS
Lie on your side with support under your head, like a pillow or blanket.
Bend your hips and knees to a 90-degree angle.
Position your arms at shoulder level, with one hand on top of the other.
Inhale and reach the top hand towards the ceiling, following with your gaze.
Exhale as you stretch back, feeling the stretch across your chest, upper, and middle back. Keep your gaze following your hand.
Inhale to bring your hand back towards the ceiling.
Exhale to return the hand to the starting position.
Keep your knees together and prevent your pelvis from rocking back during the stretch.
Repeat this sequence 10 times on each side, preferably most days of the week.
