Turok 2 Seeds of Evil got remastered and we compare its graphics to the original Turok 2 on PC. The remaster is from Night Dive Studios, the same studio that plans a remake of System Shock. They added a lot of graphics options to the game such as dynamic shadows, anti-aliasing, better lighting and much more. More importantly they optimized the handling on PC to ensure a smooth gameplay experience. We played the original at 1280 by 1024, the remaster is played at 1080p. Turok 2 Seeds of Evil hat ein Remaster bekommen und wir vergleichen dessen Grafik mit dem Original auf dem PC.

Das Remaster stammt aus dem Hause Night Dive Studios, das gleiche Studio arbeitet aktuell an einem Remake von System Shock, außerdem hat es bereits das erste Turok aufpoliert.

Das Turok 2 Remaster kommt mit umfangreichen optischen Anpassungen und zahlreichen Grafik-Optionen. Neben Kantenglättung, dynamischen Schatten, verbesserter Beleuchtung, Spiegelungen und vielem mehr unterstützt das Spiel nun Auflösungen bis 2160p.

Fast wichtiger als die optischen Veränderungen ist allerdings die gelungene Optimierung der Steuerung, die nun eine saubere Steuerung und einen flüssigen Spielverlauf sicher stellt.

Das Remaster gibt es bei gog.com gewohnt ohne DRM-Schutz.
