provision prohibiting parking in pedestrian path, bicycle paths, and golf cart
paths
D) Second Reading and Public Hearing, Ordinance No. 4-2026; an ordinance
amending Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Alamosa to add a
new Article V entitled "Automated Vehicle Identification System (AVIS)" for Traffic
Enforcement
E) Second Reading and Public Hearing, Ordinance No. 5-2026, an ordinance
approving an intergovernmental agreement with Trinidad State College and
Alamosa PD for use of the training facility for the Police Academy

city streets to 72 hours; assigning prima facie responsibility for parking violations
to owners; and changing the time for declaring unmoved vehicles abandoned
