2 eggs
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese (And more for finished pasta)
2 stalks of celery
1 small white onion
1.2 cup of diced carrots
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb ditalini pasta
1 cup of chopped baby spinach
1 cup of white wine
Salt & Pepper
