They will each have to come up with their own cook book, the story behind it, the title, the cover dish, as well as a few other dishes that the book will contain. Poh has a clear vision and works towards it, Julie tries hard to make three complex dishes, while Chris knows exactly what he's trying to achieve. as time comes to an end Julie struglles to plate up in time.
