This coconut 🥥 ice cream is made from homemade coconut milk, flour mixture , strawberry flavored essence, milk powder and a tard bit of white sugar to enhance its taste. One interesting things about this recipe is that this ice cream can be bottled, poured into any shape or mold and could easily be stored in plastic bags which is the Ghanaian way of storing ice cream dor home and commercial purposes.

It is easy to make and trust me when i tell you that it is so so good and I promise you will love this recipe. Stay tuned and lets get started.

Ingredients for today's coconut 🥥 ice cream include:

1 cup of soft flour
3 & 1/2 cups of homemade coconut milk , 100g of white sugar
120g of milk powder (of your choice), strawberry essence (optional)
water

Tools for today's coconut 🥥 ice cream
include:
spatula
mixing bowls
measuring bowls
saucepan for cooking flour mixture
ice cream molds or the 6-piece popsicle mold
Plastic bags for storage
