For Kofta -
Soya Chunks -1/2cup (Grind)
Potato - 2 (boiled & mashed)
Green Coriander - 2tbsp (chopped)
Gram Flour - 2-3tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/2tsp
Coriander Powder -1/2tsp
Salt - 1/2tsp
For Gravy -
Tomato & 1/2inch Ginger - 3 Medium (Puree)
Curd (dahi) - 1/2cup
Red chilli Powder - 1/2tsp or according to taste
Garam Masala - 1/4tsp
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Salt - 1tsp or according to taste
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
Cloves - 4
Black Pepper - 7-8
