Today, I’m bringing you a delightful and fresh recipe straight from the heart of Mediterranean cuisine: Tabbouleh Salad. Perfect for a light lunch or a healthy side dish, this salad is an explosion of flavors and colors.
Made with fresh and natural ingredients, it’s ideal for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty dish.
Ingredients:
• Bulgur: 60 g
• Water: 90 ml
• Fresh parsley: 90 g
• Fresh mint: 30 g
• Tomatoes: 2
• Red onion: 1
• Olive oil: 3 tbsp
• Lemon juice: to taste
• Salt & Pepper: to taste
Procedure:
1. Prepare the bulgur: Cook the bulgur with boiling water according to the package instructions. Let it sit and cool.
2. Chop the vegetables: Finely chop the parsley, mint, tomatoes, and red onion.
