IMAPS Around The World - EMPC 2023

Описание: The 24th European Microelectronics Packaging Conference (EMPC 2023) returned to the United Kingdom after 12 years and was hosted at the Genome Centre in Hinxton, near Cambridge from 11 to 14th September 2023.
The event had 282 registrations, 33 exhibitors and sponsors, with a well organized technical program. The gala dinner was attended by over 200 attendees and was sponsored by ASE.
Awards were given for best paper and poster as well as honorable mentions.
EMPC 2025 will be held in Grenoble, France. Minapad will not be held that year due to use of the same location as EMPC.
