Back in November of last year, a grand jury hit him with an indictment claiming he and his company willfully tried to skip out on paying what the state says he owed. January 22, 2026. That's the date everything escalated again. Detwiler says he flew back into Tennessee from overseas, and the moment he stepped off that plane, authorities were waiting. Not just one officer. According to him, there was a whole team ready to take him into custody right there at the airport. He ended up transported to Rutherford County Jail, and once again, he had to post bail. This time, twenty-five thousand dollars.
