INGREDIENTS
2 cups of pre-boiled pigeon peas or 2 cans of pigeon peas
1 cup or 1 and 1/2 cups fresh coconut milk
1 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (grated)
1 and 1/2 tbsp green seasoning
8 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
2 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp low sodium all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 bay leaves
