Clip 1:
Mech suit referring to Battlefield 2142 with text under it from the creators.

Clip 2:
Morse code found at the mouth of the river that translates -
"970. factory all right. walker is not ready yet. they did not suspect. will wait."
Clip 3:
Whistling in the tunnels.
No one is to sure why this is here, what its for or what it means.
Some believe that the whistling is taken from the character "Omar Little" from the series "The Wire" that usually comes whistling to rob people in the streets.
A little Google search lets you know that "Omar" is portrayed by Michael K. Williams, the same guy that played and voiced the character Kimble "Irish" Graves from Tombstone Squad in the singleplayer campaign.
