WHAT & WHO is Rowdy Ryder Academy?
Rowdy Ryder Academy was founded in 2023 by Tina Meinhardt, PT, DPT. She is a licensed physical therapist and BICP Instructor Trainer and Level 2 mountain bike coach, as well as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and soon to be certified nutrition coach. With over 25 years of riding experience, Tina blends her knowledge in biomechanics and kinesiology, as well as strength training to help riders improve skills, confidence, and performance on the bike.
Based at Rowdy Ryder Ranch in west Arvada, a Denver suburb, the academy features a turf field, trails, a progressive drop zone, jumps, various features for skills practice, and a gym for strength and conditioning. Tina offers private lessons, small group clinics, and fitness training for riders looking to LEVEL UP their riding.
