How To Actually Have "Flow" On Your Montage/Edit in After Effects! [Tutorial]

I really didn't wanna make a tutorial or guide on flow but a lot of people keep asking me to and the amount of bad information and videos out there on this subject is unreal. No hate towards other creators as a person but I had to give my own ops on flow. In this video I will be showing you how to sync clips and edits using time remapping. I'll probably do twixtor and BCC velocity tutorials in the future and of course probably pan/crop as well but for now here's a "flow" tutorial.

a: You can only get them in older video games (no val, fortnite, pubg, cw, mw2019, etc)

q: How do I get high framerate clips?
a: Only older games by slowing the timescale down or using mvm_streams
