This very well maintained conveyor system is from Knapp Fördertechnik.
It serves 6 packing stations and 6 picking stations and offers the possibility to assemble any desired system in a similar size.

The components are various:

Zero pressure accumulation roller conveyors with pneumatics.

More than 15 roller conveyor curves with flat belt-
and round belt drive

Some tracks are suitable for cross transport
(conveyor width over 60 cm)

2 Nerak lifts with over
10 meters lifting height

Over 20 belt transfer units

General conditions

The equipment can be disassembled by the buyer. Or we offer the disassembly.

The components can be reconfigured together with us.
Also the combination of the Knapp plant with new components, new conveyor technology and many other solutions are conceivable. We plan and develop Knapp-Systems for more than 20 years and there are more and bigger systems available. For example a shuttle system (OSR) for 7.000 totes.
