Smart Motorways: Ignoring The Red X

Описание: driving north on M1 approaching Dunstable, the 4 lanes of motorway are showing hardshoulder and lanes 1, 2 and 3... and have been for a while. Just before the clip starts the driver infront pulls onto the hardshoulder from lane 1 and stays there all the way to the next junction where they exit the motorway.
