Hi and welcome to this new series where I'll attempt to ride from the North east of France to the Spanish border in the south. In this seventh episode I'll be riding from Brianny to Dijon.
Today a few hills to climb in the first 20 kilometers, then a gentle stroll along the canal de Bourgogne. I paused at lake Kir and did some sightseeing in Dijon as well.
The general plan is to go to the Champagne region and then head south towards the Bourgogne and onwards. I'm using my gravel bike, the Rondo Ruut ST for this trip as it has many luggage options and nice fat tyres. This one is really a trip down memory lane for me, trying to connect many places i've been before in the past. Hope you like it and as always, enjoy your rides and stay safe out there !
