Hi folks!
Let me show you how I made these delicious bubble & squeak patties! Such an easy recipe! These are absolutely amazing, and make a great side for almost anything! Try these topped with thick bacon and a poached egg…or even with a rich onion gravy :)

What I used: Makes 4 -6 (depending on size)

Cooked potatoes - around 400g (14 oz)
Olive oil for frying
1 Medium onion - Finely sliced
1/2 Teaspoon dried Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary or parsley
1/2 Teaspoon sage
200g (7 oz) Cooked cabbage or Brussels sprouts
40g (1.4 oz) Melted butter
Pinch of black pepper & salt
A little plain (all purpose) flour for shaping the patties/burgers
