Описание: Today I am preparing a very simple and easy fried rice recipe, that is onion rice. Onion Rice is a quick mix of fried onion and Basmati rice with some seasonings. This can be a one pot meal. It can be served with only salad, raita or any curry. It can be served as breakfast, lunch or dinner or even you can carry it in lunch box. This recipe can be helpful for bachelor's or students. Please follow the steps of the recipe and try to make it at home. I hope you will like and enjoy.


Ingredients:
1.Basmati Rice 200 gm
2. 4 medium onions.
3. 2-3 chopped green chillies
4.Cumin Seeds 1 tsp.
5. 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
6. 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
7. 1 tbsp soya sauce
8. 1 tbsp vinegar
9. 4 tbsp refined oil
10. chopped spring onion.
11. 1/3 tsp turmeric powder.
12.1/2 tsp pepper powder.
13. Salt as per taste.


Steps:
1. First make the Rice and keep it aside. You can use leftover rice for this recipe.
2. Heat a pan and put 4 tbsp refined oil in it.
3. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and fry it for 15-20 secs.
4. Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger and 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Fry for another 1 min.
5.Now add chopped onions.Fry it till the onions become golden brown. (8-10 mins)
6.Add chopped green chillies, half tsp pepper powder, and little turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
7. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar.mix well.
8. Add cooked rice and mix well in low-medium flame for 4-5 mins.
9. Turn off the flame. Now onion rice is ready to serve.
