9:03 AM – First cut B2 Edger 40 grit
9:27 AM – Second cut Hummel 50 grit
9:38 AM – Third cut Hummel 60 grit

10:20 AM – Palm sand transition piece
10:30 AM – Nail punch “shiners” (nails & staples)
10:39 AM – Full trowel fill with Loba Easy Fill mixed with fine sanding dust

11:00 AM–12:00 PM – Early lunch (filler dry time)

12:01 PM – 80 grit PowerDrive
12:12 PM – 100 grit Hummel belt sander
12:27 PM – Final cut B2 Edger 100 grit
12:51 PM – Scrape corners
1:18 PM – 7” EZ Sand orbital 120 grit
1:29 PM – Palm sand edges 150 grit
1:40 PM – 7” EZ Sand orbital 150 grit

1:52 PM – Vacuum
2:00 PM – Tampico brush buff
2:15 PM – Final vacuum
2:26 PM – Tack floor

2:30 PM – First coat sealer: Loba Easy Prime
3:00 PM – Load tools
3:30 PM – Second coat (first coat finish): Loba Rush A.T. UV-cured finish
4:00 PM – End of Day 1

9:45 AM – Abrade (buff) field with buffer, 220 grit + Norton Maroon pad
10:00 AM – Hand buff edges, corners & transition with 220 grit

10:10 AM – Vacuum
10:15 AM – Tack

10:30 AM – Third total coat (Second coat of Loba Rush A.T.)

Wait 2–3 hours air dry

1:00 PM – Final UV cure

2:00 PM – Help customer move couch & grandfather clock back
2:00 PM – Floor fully cured, furniture placed, paid in full.
