A beautiful level executed with flair.

This was the first level to be themed around technology, and it definitely shows - through the synthetic-looking color scheme, to the clean glass texture (which also debuted in this level), and a banger soundtrack. Also, the chromatic abberation effect that occurs when a laser cannon activates adds so much character to the level, and I absolutely adore it.

This level is also a bit of a milestone in Rolling Sky as it introduces "wrapping" (at 90%) i.e., dodging an obstacle in mid-air, then go back to the same lane, essentially building on what Forest did. It was introduced in a way that's very intuitive for the player, and wrapping would be a defining maneuver for collectible paths later on.

Another subtle mechanic that is first seen in Sci-Tech is that blocks can move sideways on top of vertically. However, such blocks will have already appeared (not popping up from the ground as before) hence still limiting them to one movement only, which I find to be a good choice as this prevents potentially confusing gameplay.
