"For this video, I’m using the latest version of PCSX2".
This is one of the downsides of using the latest PCSX2 version.
Some cheats still don’t fully stick even when they’re frozen.
In my experience, older PCSX2 versions are more stable when freezing cheats.
As you can see in this video, it still sometimes switches back to Mosu even after being changed to Ichijo V2.
It doesn’t happen all the time, but it can be a bit distracting
